Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask DAYS to delete all the personal data we hold about you, including anything we received through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp. Here's how.

Last updated 9 October 2026

01Request deletion

  1. Contact us through any of these channels:
  2. Tell us your full name and the email address, phone number or Instagram / Facebook username you used with us.
  3. We'll confirm receipt and may ask you to verify your identity.
  4. We delete your data within 3 × 24 hours of verification and send you a confirmation with a reference number. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

02If you used Facebook or Instagram Login

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. On Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
  2. Find DAYS and select Remove. This stops us receiving any new data from your account.
  3. Send us a deletion request (above) so we also delete the data we already received.

03What we may have to keep

Passport, ID, visa and other travel documents are deleted automatically within 90 days after your trip ends (or after cancellation), even if you don't ask. You can ask us to return or delete them sooner.

Indonesian law requires us to keep some records, such as invoices and payment records for tax purposes, for up to 10 years. If that applies to you, we'll tell you exactly what we're keeping and why, restrict its use to that obligation, and delete it when the obligation ends. Everything else is deleted.

For more on how we handle your data, read our full Privacy Policy.
